Royal Enfield Classic 350cc Chrome And Classic 350cc Dark Edition Launched In Nepal

Alpha Automotive Pvt. Ltd, the sole authorised distributor for Royal Enfield in Nepal, has introduced the Royal Enfield Classic 350cc Dark Edition and Classic 350cc Chrome Edition in the Nepalese market at Rs 5,25,000 and Rs 5,30,000, respectively. Both new variants have been launched at the ongoing NADA Auto Show 2023.Both variants now feature double-disc brakes, speed sensors and a self-start system while retaining the earlier features. The motorcycles are powered by the same 349cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected counterbalanced engine as the Classic 350 but tweaked slightly differently. The engine delivers 20.2 bhp of max power and 27 Nm of torque. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox.In terms of styling, the new distinct teardrop-shaped tank, and the signature Royal Enfield front that houses a new halogen headlamp along with the signature pilot lights.  The motorcycle also gets new, wider seats with soft-foam cushion padding and new handlebars for comfortable ergonomics. You also get a USB charging port, and a new Digi-Analog speedometer with a 3D trim ring that houses an LCD screen at the bottom, LED-based Indication (tell tales), LCD screen for Odometer, Trip A and Trip B, Trip F, Fuel, and Gear Indicator.The Chrome Series with spokes wheels is available in Chrome Red and Chrome Brown colourways. Similarly, the Dark Series with alloy wheels is available in Stealth Black and Gun Metal Grey colours.In June 2023, Royal Enfield commenced operations of its new CKD (Complete Knock Down) assembly facility in Birgunj, Nepal making it Royal Enfield’s Fifth CKD facility in the world after Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Thailand. With an assembly capacity of 20,000 units per year, the state-of-the-art facility is spread over 1 lakh sq. ft and caters to the growing demand in the country. The Classic 350, Hunter 350 and Scram 411 are presently the models being assembled at this facility.
